2. Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, and service address when you interact with our platform or your service provider’s client portal.

- Deliver service estimates, appointment confirmations, job completion notices, and invoices via SMS and email
- Process payments for services rendered
- Authenticate your identity when accessing your client portal
- Communicate service updates relevant to your account
4. SMS Communications End users consent to receive SMS messages in one of two ways: (1) A service provider (TurfAxis customer) adds the client’s phone number when creating their account and obtains verbal consent at that time. (2) A prospect submits their phone number via the service provider’s client portal, where a consent checkbox explicitly states: ‘I agree to receive SMS notifications about my service estimates, appointments, and invoices from [Company Name]. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.’ Consent is obtained prior to any message being sent. Message frequency varies. Msg & Data rates may apply.
5. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (including Twilio for SMS delivery and Stripe for payment processing) solely for the purpose of delivering services to you.
6. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as your service relationship is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.
