1. Program Description These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TurfAxis client portal, operated by Fixico Lawn Care LLC. TurfAxis is a field service management platform that allows clients to receive service estimates, approve work orders, make payments, and communicate with their service provider.
2. SMS Messaging Program By providing your phone number to your service provider through the TurfAxis platform, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages including but not limited to:
- Service estimates and approval requests
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Job completion notifications
- Invoice delivery and payment receipts
- One-time passcodes for portal authentication
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and provider communications.
3. Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, contact your service provider directly.

5. Payment Terms All payments processed through the TurfAxis platform are subject to the pricing agreed upon in your service estimate. Deposits collected are applied toward your final invoice. Refund requests are handled at the discretion of your service provider in accordance with their refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability Fixico Lawn Care LLC provides the TurfAxis platform as a service delivery tool. We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier networks or circumstances outside our control.
7. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the TurfAxis client portal constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
